Prenatal Yoga & Mindful Connection

1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month

Nurture your body. Connect with your baby. Breathe into this new chapter.

This gentle virtual prenatal yoga class is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through mindful movement, focused breathwork, and guided relaxation, you'll build strength and flexibility while deepening the bond with your growing baby.

Each class includes:

  • Gentle, pregnancy-safe poses to ease common discomforts and support your changing body

  • Mindfulness practices to help calm the nervous system and prepare for labor and birth

  • Breath awareness to cultivate inner calm and presence

  • Baby connection moments woven into the practice through intention, touch, and visualization

Props are used throughout the session to ensure comfort and support. Please have the following ready:

  • Yoga mat

  • Two yoga blocks

  • Yoga strap

  • Bolster (or firm cushion/pillow)

This class is open to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience. Modifications will be offered to meet your needs wherever you are.
