NaturalfeelsAwareness is a heart-centered wellness space created by Scheera, rooted in the belief that healing begins with awareness and alignment of the mind, body, and spirit. This space was born from her own journey of self-discovery through yoga, meditation, energy work, and the transformative power of self-love.
Through NaturalfeelsAwareness, Scheera offers a gentle yet powerful blend of holistic practices—ranging from yoga and meditation to Thai yoga bodywork, Reiki, and perinatal mental health support. Each offering is designed to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can reconnect with themselves, honor their emotions, and move toward healing and balance at their own pace.
With a deep commitment to mindfulness, compassion, and authenticity, Scheera holds space for people—especially women and mothers—to be seen, supported, and empowered. Meet Scheera Robinson
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Scheera’s journey into healing and mindfulness began several years ago through meditation and yoga. In 2018, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and has since continued to deepen her knowledge to better support herself, her family, and her community. Scheera is also a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Birth Doula. She recently completed her Perinatal Mental Health training and is on track to become a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. In addition, she is currently completing her Reiki Master training.
At the heart of Scheera’s work is a deep commitment to self-care, self-love, and mindful living—core values she believes are essential for lasting peace and joy. She weaves these principles into her teachings and daily life, creating safe, compassionate spaces for others to heal and grow. Grounded by her love for family, community, and the balance she cultivates within, Scheera shows up with intention, authenticity, and heart in all that she does.

Through holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, energy healing, and perinatal support, I am committed to guiding others on their journey toward balance, self-love, and inner peace while honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
